Returns & complaints
You have full right to return your order within 100 days from when you have received your product(s), provided that you have not used the product(s) and the returned item(s) are undamaged, with original stickers and labels.
Register your return or complaint here!
This is how you make your return:
1 Register your return here and choose which product(s) you want to return.
2 Package the product(s) well, preferably in the original packaging, so that the return arrives in good condition. Seal the package with tape and paste/ tape your shipping label on the package.
3 Hand in your return at your nearest post office.
4 As soon as we receive your return, we will send a confirmation to your email and refund/update your invoice for the product(s) you returned, minus return shipping (80 ILS).
!! Exchanging a product?
If you want to exchange a product, follow the return process described above and then place a new order, through the website, for the product you wish to have replace your original order.
How to make a complaint:
1 If you suspect that you have received a faulty product, please register your complaint here.
2 It is important that there is a detailed description of what is wrong with the product and pictures clearly showing the issue that has been detailed in the complaint
3 We will check your complaint and get back to you immediately with a solution.
Right of withdrawal
Under the Distance Contracts Act, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, from when you receive your order, if you regret your purchase. Please note that if the product is returned in a condition that is worse than what is reasonable for testing the function and properties of the product, you may be liable for the loss of value of the product. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.
The return right does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised
